After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close VerseIn. The service will stop on November 12, 2026 at 14:00 (SGT, UTC+8).

To everyone who created with us, shared your work on Explore, joined our Creator Partner Program, or sent us feedback: thank you. Watching a single photo turn into a video you were proud to share was the reason we built VerseIn, and we are grateful you trusted us with your ideas.

This post explains what happens next and what you can do before the closing date.

Key dates

1. From today: new purchases and new memberships are no longer available. Automatic renewal has been cancelled for all memberships bought on our website.
2. Until November 12, 2026 at 14:00 (SGT): you can keep using your remaining credits, including Unlimited where your plan includes it.
3. November 12, 2026 at 14:00 (SGT): generation stops on all platforms.
4. November 13 to November 19, 2026: refunds for website purchases are issued.

Your creations

You can download your images and videos until November 12, 2026 at 14:00 (SGT). After that, your content and account data will be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy. We recommend downloading anything you want to keep as soon as possible.

Refunds

If you paid on our website, we will refund the unused part of your purchase to your original payment method. You do not need to do anything. The amount is the price you paid, multiplied by the share of credits that are unused and still valid on November 12, including monthly instalments of a quarterly or yearly membership that have not been granted yet. Where Unlimited generations were used and the Unlimited Period has ended, their credit equivalent value is taken into account, as described in our Terms of Service. We will not deduct any processing or service fee. Each customer will receive an email confirming the amount and how it was calculated.

Refunds usually take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Creator Partner Program

The VerseIn Creator Partner Program ends on November 12, 2026. We have contacted all partners directly with details about program credits and final payouts. If you are a partner and have not heard from us, please contact [email protected].

AI assistant connections

Connections between VerseIn and AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Cursor will stop working on November 12, 2026 at 14:00 (SGT). You can disconnect them from your account page at any time before then.
