Best AI Image Generators for Teams in 2026
Versein Team · Updated

A team image generator has two jobs: it has to make usable pictures, and it has to show someone who is spending what. This guide lines up the team or business plans of Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT Business, Krea, Magnific (formerly Freepik) and VerseIn by billing model, credit sharing and the admin controls each vendor lists. The tools appear in alphabetical order, and the order is not a ranking.
Key Takeaways
- The five plans bill in three different ways: per seat (Adobe, ChatGPT Business, Magnific), one flat workspace price (Krea), or a custom quote (VerseIn Teams & Business).
- Shared credit pools are listed by Krea and Magnific. ChatGPT Business images draw on usage limits and then on credits.
- Krea lists per-member spend limits and model access control; VerseIn lists per-user credit usage, credit limit controls and model restrictions. Magnific lists usage and permissions per user or group.
- Rights, indemnity and data-training terms differ a lot, so read them before you compare prices.
How this list was put together
Plan details come from each vendor's pricing or plan page as of 2026-10-26, and the survey figures link to their publisher. We haven't tested these tools hands-on, so nothing here is a verdict on image quality. Prices were current at the time of writing (2026-10-26) and can change, so follow the links before you budget.
VerseIn is the product we make; its entry sticks to the Teams & Business card and VerseIn's own tool pages.
We couldn't confirm Canva's or Midjourney's current team terms on their official pages, so they have no entry here; check those vendors directly.
What a team image plan needs to answer
Plenty of marketers already use AI to make media. In a HubSpot survey of 1,500+ marketers, 37.2% said they use AI for media creation extensively and another 37.7% use it occasionally (HubSpot, 2026 State of Marketing).
Four questions sort the team plans quickly:
- How is it billed? Per seat, one flat workspace price, or a custom quote.
- Where do credits live? In one shared pool, in each seat, or in a mix.
- What can an admin control? Spend limits, model access, roles and usage views.
- What do the terms say? Commercial use, indemnity and whether your data trains models.

Adobe Firefly
Adobe sells three Firefly plans for teams: Firefly Pro for teams, Pro Plus for teams and Premium for teams. They're priced per license on an annual plan billed monthly, and they come with 4,000, 10,000 and 50,000 credits a month. Adobe's page doesn't say whether those credits are pooled or stay with each license. For current team prices in your currency, see Adobe's Firefly plans page.
All three plans list "Business features like admin tools and 24x7 support." On rights, Adobe states that "Outputs generated with Adobe Firefly AI models can be used for commercial purposes." Outputs from partner models are the user's responsibility. Adobe also notes that "Eligible enterprise customers can also receive IP indemnification for select Adobe Firefly outputs."
ChatGPT Business
ChatGPT Business is a general assistant plan with image generation built in. At the time of writing (2026-10-26), OpenAI's pricing page listed Business at $20 per user per month billed annually, or $25 billed monthly, for two or more users.
The plan includes "a secure, dedicated workspace with essential admin controls, SAML SSO, and MFA," and "No training on your business data by default." Images count against the same usage limits as everything else and use them about 3 to 5 times faster. Once a user hits the limit, extra usage draws on ChatGPT credits, so image-heavy teams should ask how often that happens. Enterprise is "Contact sales" and adds role-based access control and audit logs.
Krea
Krea takes a different approach to billing. Its Business plan is a flat $200 a month, or $160 a month billed yearly, at the time of writing (2026-10-26). In Krea's words, "One flat price covers your entire workspace," with up to 50 members "at no extra cost per seat." Details are on Krea's pricing page.
Instead of per-seat credits, "Workspaces share a pool of compute units that can be allocated across all members." Compute packs run from 20k to 1.5M units a month, with 80k as the base. Billing comes as a single consolidated invoice.
Admin controls on Krea's Business plan include custom roles and permissions, model access control and per-member spend limits. It also includes a commercial license and Business Terms with no-training clauses. Before you buy, ask Krea to confirm whether SSO comes with Business and what happens to unused compute units.
Magnific (formerly Freepik)
Freepik's pricing page now redirects to Magnific, and the header reads "Magnific (formerly Freepik)." At the time of writing (2026-10-26), the Business plan on Magnific's pricing page was €59 per seat per month, or €47 per seat per month billed annually, excl. VAT. It covers "from 2 to 100 users."
Credits go into a shared team pool. The page shows 1.08M credits a year for a two-seat team. The admin line reads "Centralized admin control with usage & permissions per user or group." Business includes a commercial AI license plus music rights, and basic indemnity up to $50K.
The custom Enterprise tier adds unlimited users, "Shared credits with optional per-user limits," custom SSO and indemnity up to $3M.
VerseIn Teams & Business
VerseIn is an AI studio for images, video and audio. On the image side, you write a prompt or upload a picture, choose a model, and keep working on the result. The AI image generator supports text to image, image to image with an edit note, reference images and saved characters. Switching models keeps your prompt, references and settings. Paid plans allow commercial use under VerseIn's terms of service.
For example, a product still made for a listing could become the opening frame of a short ad. To keep a mascot consistent, settle on its @name, reference photos and background story; each person creates it from those same inputs in their own account with the character generator, then calls it up in image and video prompts.
The Teams & Business plan is priced by quote ("Let's Talk"), with "Custom Credits / Seat / Month." Each member works from a personal VerseIn account, and all of those accounts belong to one team. The pricing page lists these eight benefits:
- "Unlimited members"
- "Volume based discounts"
- "Premium 24/7 customer support"
- "Custom concurrent generations with priority queue"
- "Early access to advanced AI features"
- "Centralized admin control with per-user credit usage and permissions"
- "Credit limit controls help your projects stay under budget"
- "Restrict workspace members to specific models"
For an image team, the last three carry the most weight: the plan lists a per-person view of credit use, limits that keep a project on budget, and a way to hold members to approved models. If you're writing an approved-model list, our guide on how to control which AI models your team can use walks through it.
When several people generate at once, concurrency matters. The individual cards list 5 concurrent images on Pro, 10 on Ultra and 14 on Max, while Teams lists custom concurrency with a priority queue; jobs past the limit wait in that queue. See concurrent generations and priority queues explained.
If IT or finance needs SSO, named roles, a shared asset library, brand kits, invoicing or a seat minimum, none of those appear on the card, so list them in your inquiry: email [email protected] with the subject "VerseIn Teams Plan Inquiry," or use Contact Us on the pricing page.
Seat, flat or custom: which billing model fits
The billing model often matters more than the sticker price. Here's a hypothetical example using the prices quoted above.
Say a four-person ecommerce team wants a team image plan, billed yearly. On ChatGPT Business, four users at $20 each come to $80 a month. On Magnific Business, four seats at €47 come to €188 a month, excl. VAT. Krea Business, at the base 80k compute pack, stays at $160 a month whether the team has four members or 40. The math changes as the team grows. Per-seat plans scale with headcount, and a flat plan scales with compute.
Those totals ignore the part that varies most: how many images the team actually makes. Estimate monthly image volume first, then check how each plan handles going over.
Custom-quote plans like VerseIn Teams & Business turn that estimate into a conversation: you describe headcount and volume, and the vendor sizes credits and price. The VerseIn card lists volume-based discounts, so the estimate is worth bringing.
What to ask each image vendor
Each pricing page above stops short somewhere. Bring these to the sales call:
- Are credits pooled across the team, held per seat, or both?
- Can an admin cap spending per person or per project?
- Can you limit which models people use, including third-party models?
- What happens when the team runs out mid-cycle?
- Do unused credits carry over?
- Is SSO included at this tier or only at Enterprise?
- Who owns outputs, and is there indemnity at this tier?
- Is your data used for training?

FAQ
Which AI image generators have a team plan?
Of the tools in this guide, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT Business, Krea, Magnific and VerseIn all list a team or business plan on their official pages.
Do team members share one pool of credits?
It depends on the vendor. Krea pools compute units across the workspace, and Magnific Business uses a shared team pool. Adobe doesn't say whether Firefly team credits are pooled. On VerseIn Teams, each seat's "Custom Credits / Seat / Month" go into one shared team pool, with per-user credit limits available to admins.
Can I stop team members from using certain models?
Krea's Business plan lists model access control. VerseIn's Teams & Business plan lists "Restrict workspace members to specific models." Ask the other vendors directly, since their team pages don't say.
Can we use AI-generated images commercially?
Each vendor sets its own terms. Adobe says Firefly model outputs can be used commercially, Krea and Magnific list a commercial license on Business, and VerseIn's paid plans allow commercial use under its terms of service. Read the terms for your tier.
How do I get a VerseIn Teams quote?
Email [email protected] with the subject "VerseIn Teams Plan Inquiry," or use Contact Us on the Teams & Business card on the pricing page. Bring your team size and an estimate of monthly image and video volume.
