Credits are used whenever you generate on VerseIn. The amount depends on the tool and model you choose, along with your settings, such as quality, length or the number of outputs. You'll always see the total cost before you confirm. If a generation doesn't complete, for example because of a processing error, a timeout or a content safety check, the credits are returned to you automatically.

A subscription gives you a monthly credit allowance along with plan benefits such as Unlimited models, watermark-free exports and more generations running at the same time. It renews automatically until you cancel. A credit pack is a one-time purchase of extra credits that never expire, so you can top up whenever you need more without changing your plan.

Ultra and Max subscription credits carry over into the following month, so you have extra time to use them before they expire. Pro subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period. Accounts created before October 28, 2026 keep a 60-day validity on all subscription credits. Credits from credit packs never expire. When you generate, the credits closest to expiring are used first, and you can check expiry dates anytime in your credit history.

Yearly plans include the same benefits and monthly credits as monthly plans, at a lower overall price. You're billed once a year, and your credits are added in monthly installments throughout the year. Each yearly plan card shows its price as a monthly equivalent, so you can compare it directly with monthly billing.

Yes. If you subscribed on the web, you can cancel anytime from the Subscriptions page in your account. If you subscribed in the iOS or Android app, cancel through your App Store or Google Play settings at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and any credits already added remain available until they expire.

Credit packs and first-time subscriptions bought on the web can be refunded within 3 days, provided no credits have been used since the purchase, and refunds may include a processing fee. Renewals are not refundable, so cancel before your renewal date if you don't want the next period. Google Play and App Store purchases are handled by the corresponding platforms. Web purchases are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by VerseIn. Purchases in the iOS and Android apps are billed through your App Store or Google Play account. Your credits and plan are linked to your VerseIn account, so they're available on any device where you're signed in.

Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude VAT and sales tax. Any applicable tax is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Some plans include Unlimited models, a bonus free lane for selected models. Eligible generations on these models run in the Unlimited queue and don't use any credits, with no cap on how many you can create during the period shown on your plan. Please note that wait times for Unlimited generations vary with demand and the model you choose, and credit generations are prioritized. If you need results sooner, you can switch to credits and start right away.
